A Very Special Return Visit: Protecting a Custom Thornton Hundred

A returning customer brought his custom-designed Thornton Hundred motorcycle to us for our complete paint protection film (PPF) package. This bike wasn’t just any ride—it was custom built for the customer himself to celebrate his 40th birthday, making it truly unique and personally meaningful.

No pressure, right?

The bike was collected by IP and brought into our workshop, where our design team got straight to work. We created a bespoke PPF kit tailored specifically for this build. Once we were satisfied that every surface had the protection it needed, the custom kit was carefully fitted.

To take the protection to the next level, we also applied IGL Ceramic Coatings. This included the carbon wheels, frame, engine, exhaust, and painted surfaces—ensuring long-term durability and a flawless finish.

With our full protection package complete, this special motorcycle is now shielded from the elements and will continue looking brand new for years to come.

We delivered the bike back to the customer, who was absolutely blown away by the final result!
