Shipping and Handling
Invisible Patterns aims to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of purchasing, not including weekends. Invisible Patterns ships all products by recorded delivery. Delivery of your order is estimated to take between 3-5 working days, not including weekends or bank holidays (please allow up to 21 days for orders outside the UK). Please note that we will be closing for Chrsitmas on 23rd December and will be back in the office on Monday 6th January. Any orders placed during this period will be cut and dispatched when we open back up on 6th.
NOTE: Please supply your PO BOX number for any shipments to Dubai.
Insurance is not optional and the cost is incorporated into the shipping charge. Please let us know immediately about any shipping problems with your order.
Please let us know if you have any special shipping considerations.
Countries outside of the UK may have to pay import tax.
Returns
Inspect your shipment when it arrives. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, notify us immediately.
We will return your money if, for any reason, you decide after receiving your kit that you do not want to attempt installation. However, each kit is individually cut to order for your specific vehicle and if any part of the kit is removed from the protective liner, we cannot take the kit back as it cannot be resold. All returns are subject to a 20% handling and re-stocking fee.
Please note that any motorcycle kits pre 2014 cannot be returned.
Payment
Payments are made through Paypal, no financial details are held by Invisible Patterns Ltd. All payment processing is undertaken on the Paypal website on secure protected servers.
You do not require a Paypal account to make payment, you can use your Credit or Debit card.
Warranty
5 year Manufacturer’s Warranty against cracking, bubbling or turning yellow. The warranty is valid as long as the installation is performed by authorized installers in accordance with manufacturer’s recommended installation procedures and as long as the original purchaser retains ownership of the vehicle.
Headlight Films
Invisible Patterns shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of protection films. Headlight film kits should be used with OEM quality specified bulbs.
